Louisiana Council of the Blind works directly with The American Council of the Blind in effort to promote and improve the lives of those individuals in Louisiana who are blind or have visual impairment. We achieve this by providing assistance helping to attain independence and security while maintaining equal opportunities for each individual, regardless of age, sex or race. At Louisiana Council of the Blind, we dedicate ourselves to working with our affiliated chapters in Louisiana, alongside our founder ACB to provide a beacon of light for the blind and visually impaired.
